This moving company was fantastic! My first move 10 years ago caused a full on break down (NOT Make A Move) so I was very nervous. Make A Move calmed all of my concerns and handled everything. The guys were respectful, timely and professional. I will absolutely be using them again!

Our last move was a terrible experience and I was very apprehensive about moving again. My natural instinct was to micromanage the process, but they were very accommodating. So relieved this went well. Hopefully we will not have to move again, but if we do, I will know who to call.-George

I contacted another highly rated moving company first, but they took 3 days to get a quote back. These guys came through on a last minute move and they did not disappoint! They took very good care of my furniture, most of which was passed down by my mother.

We had to move out of our home on a Tuesday but our new location would not be available until the following Tuesday. Everything was packed, tagged and inventoried (relatively well). The team was professional, courteous and efficient. During the move-in the team worked quickly and even managed to shave a few hours off the estimate. Their quote was higher initially but I had a good feeling about using them, I am glad we did. Some minor box crunching and we misplaced two of our shelf pins, nothing that I would get upset over. I will be moving again next summer and will absolutely call them for that move. read less

I could tell that the movers had a lot of experience in working with fine furniture. They wrapped everything and handled it all with care. I was also upset because it was pouring down rain the day of my move. Somehow the movers managed to keep everything dry. There wasn't a drop of water on any of my furniture or on any of my boxes at the end of the day. Everything arrived in perfect condition, including my fine china. They also protected the carpet in my new home from mud and water. The movers were professional, punctual, polite and very willing to answer all of my questions. I also had a very positive experience each time I called the Make a Move office prior to my move. They explained their pricing clearly, so there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. I'm so grateful that I chose Make a Move. I highly recommend them and plan to use them again. read less
